Shipping & Return Policy

 
Thank you for choosing Qua Collection! We value your time and business. To avoid any shipping problems, please ensure that all information   you’ve provided is correct. Once the order is shipped, Qua Collection will not be able to alter that information and we will not be held responsible for any errors on your behalf.We ask that you please allow 2-5 business days for processing. Once the order has been processed and the payment has been cleared, the package will be shipped. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will require an additional processing day.

  • Domestic Flat Rate Shipping:  Approximately 2-4 business days
  • Domestic Express Shipping: Approximately 1-2 business days
 Qua Collection is not responsible for any delays in shipments due to incorrect
 shipping information, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier
 delays. Also note that holidays are not included as business days. All orders are
 shipped through the United States Postal Service. A tracking number will be sent
 to your provided email address. Please track your shipment at www.USPS.com.
 If you have not received a tracking number after three business days, please
 contact customer service at quaimports@gmail.com. Any concerns with the
 location of your package after a tracking number has been provided must be
 presented to USPS, not QC.

 Are you a local customer? Qua Collection products are now available for pick-up. We ask that you please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once theorder has been processed, you will receive an order pickup email between 1-4 business days notifying you that your order is ready. You will receive a pickup address (Midway, Fl 32343) once payment is cleared and your order is ready.
  If it is an emergency and you need hair ASAP, Qua Collection
  may be able to help! Contact us by text, social media, or email, and     
  we will try our best to accommodate your needs same day.
  Due to the nature of the products along with the current
  Covid-19 virus,  Qua Collection currently does NOT offer refunds
  or exchanges. However, we will try to  accommodate
  certain circumstances that are out of your control. need be. Product    
  must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition
  it was upon arrival.
NOTICE: Due to the high cost of the products we sell combined with a high rate of fraudulent orders,  identification is required prior to order fulfillment. If identification is not received and your order has to be cancelled for whatever reason, you will be charged a restocking fee of 6% of the order’s total amount. This fee is to cover the Shopify processing fee that we were charged for processing your order. This is not money Qua Collection keeps.

Q:Can I pick up my order same day?
  A: Most times, yes. If you order within a reasonable time & submit your ID in
  a  timely manner pickup is arranged almost immediately. If not same day,
  definitely next day.
 
 
Q: How long is shipping?
  A:Expect a tracking number within 2 business days of you.
  submitting your ID to us. Please note we require your ID to confirm
  the order wasn’t fraudulently placed  before we can ship. We ship.  
  USPS priority which can take 1-3 business days. We are not
  responsible for any delays USPS may experience. 
 
Q: I want to use Quadpay but it's making me select shipping, why?
   A: Quadpay require orders be locally delivered or shipped for  
   liability reasons. If you’re using Quadpay as a payment option but  
   you want to pick up, communicate   that with us via text
   (8503918030) and we will refund you the shipping fee at pickup.
 
Q: Quadpay only approved me for $300, but my order is more than that. What can I do?
   A:Contact us and we will edit your order so it won’t go over
   your Quadpay limit. You can pay the difference in cash at pickup.
